Ingredients
For the Kachoris:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup semolina (sooji)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
- Drain the soaked urad dal and grind it coarsely with cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
