🍌 Banana Kulfi (No-Cook & Naturally Sweet)

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup full-fat milk
  • ½ cup fresh cream or malai
  • ¼ cup condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on banana sweetness)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios – optional)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bananas:
    • Peel and roughly chop the ripe bananas.
    • Add a few drops of lemon juice (optional) to prevent browning.
  2. Make the Kulfi Mix:
    • In a blender, add:
      • Bananas
      • Milk
      • Cream
      • Condensed milk
      • Sugar (if needed)
      • Cardamom powder (optional)
      • Nuts (optional)
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste & Adjust:
    • Taste the mix — adjust sugar if needed.
  4. Freeze:
    • Pour into kulfi molds, small cups, or popsicle trays.
    • Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve:
    • Dip molds briefly in warm water.
