Ingredients
For the Chicken Tikka:
- 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- 2 cups basmati rice

- 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
