- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs

- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 6–8 garlic cloves (minced or sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth (or water + ½ cube bouillon)
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Season & Sear:
