- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained & sliced)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
