Ingredients
For the Cake:

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Carefully stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin).
3. Bake the Cake:

- Spread a layer of frosting on top, then place the second layer on top.
