- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
π₯ Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Sear the Chicken:
