- 2–3 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: squeeze of lime or dash of garam masala to finish

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional but lovely!)
🔥 How to Make:
- Sauté aromatics:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds till they sizzle
- Add onions and cook until golden
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chilies
- Add spices + tomatoes:
- Add all ground spices, stir 1 min
- Add chopped tomatoes → cook until soft and jammy
- Brown the meat:
- Add ground lamb, break it up
- Cook until browned and well-mixed with the masala
- Simmer + peas:
- Add ½ cup water, bring to a simmer
- Toss in peas, cook for 5–10 more mins until everything’s saucy and thick
