π Ingredients:
- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work beautifully)
- 12 small cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen & heated)
- 1.5 cups marinara or pasta sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 2β3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or Italian seasoning
π₯ How to Make:
1. Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C)
- Line a baking dish with parchment or foil
2. Slice the Rolls:
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally (keep them attached if you can β itβs easier!)
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish
3. Build the Sliders:
- Spoon a little sauce on the bottom rolls
- Place one meatball on each
- Spoon more marinara over each meatball
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan
- Add the top half of rolls
4. Garlic Butter Glaze:
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley
- Brush over the tops of the rolls
5. Bake:
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 mins
- Uncover and bake another 5β7 mins until tops are golden and cheese is melted & bubbly
