- 1 cup full-fat milk
- Β½ cup condensed milk
- Β½ cup fresh cream

- 2β3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ΒΌ tsp cardamom powder (optional β for a desi fusion touch)
- 1 tsp cornflour (optional β helps thicken faster)
- Chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (optional, for texture)
π³ Instructions (Stovetop Version):
- Heat the Milk:
- In a pan, heat the milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Mix cornflour in 2 tbsp cold milk and add to the pan if using.
- Add Chocolate:
- Add cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
- Stir well until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Add Sweeteners & Cream:
- Add condensed milk, sugar, and cream.
- Stir and cook for 5β7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cardamom powder if using.
- Cool the Mixture:
- Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
